We decided that since we’d never been up to Crater Lake that we’d go visit that today. Well, we didn’t realize that Crater Lake still was surrounded by SNOW!!! The North Entrance and most of the Rim Drive were closed. But, we got to see the lake and Cooper got to play in the snow. Yes, I wore sandals out on the snow at first, but then changed into my new snow boots -- pretty sad that I got to wear my boots for the first time on my SUMMER vacation! :)

On our way home from Crater Lake we stopped at the Rogue River Gorge and we also stopped to see the Natural Bridge. Then, I got the opportunity to drive home. I did get us home safely.
